The Parish of Pontypridd Saint Catherine

2012-12-28 17.58.08CROESO ~ WELCOME. We are the parish church in the heart of Pontypridd, about 10 miles north of Cardiff city centre.  Our parish life, worship and mission brings a mix of traditional and contemporary approaches. CONNECT is our hub of mission operating out of our renovated church hall for children’s and adult groups, our community cafe and hiring of rooms.

St Catherine’s is registered charity no 1151985. Our address is St Catherine’s Church, Gelliwastad Grove, Pontypridd CF37 2BS

For the next few years we feel inspired to shape our church life around the message from the Old Testament book of Isaiah, chapter 61 where we sense that the Spirit of the Lord is upon us to proclaim good news into the brokenness of the community.  Our strap-line is Living and Proclaiming God’s Restoring Love.  We have a keen desire to link up with other local churches in to seek oneness in our shared witness.
