The final Lunch will be held on Thursday 22nd March in the Memorial Hall. This has proved a very successful event and people’s kindness and generosity is always greatly appreciated. Monies raised to go to charity to be decided upon later.

Action for Lent (Clothing for the Homeless) – Update
The Pick & Mix collection has had a fantastic response. Thank you to everyone who has contributed. We have now received an amount of good quality clothing from an outside source. As these  items are too big for the bags we are holding an open day for the homeless on Wednesday 28th March 1pm – 4pm in Nolton Hall. I am looking for volunteers to make tea and coffee and also cakes. I know we have some Mary Berry’s in the congregations. The Wallich, Gwalia and the local Police will be assisting too. If you can afford some time please let me know. Angela – Parish Office 667690

If you would like to contribute flowers but do not want to arrange them, then please give a money donation to cover the cost of the flowers and the flowers will be arranged for you. If you have any questions please see Sandra or Lisa.

Annual Vestry Meeting
The date of this year’s AVM is Wednesday 25th April, 7pm in St Crallo’s. Nomination forms for various Officers are to be found in church from today, together with application forms for the parish’s Electoral Roll.

Parish Pilgrimage to Gloucester Cathedral – July
We’re exploring the possibility of running a day-pilgrimage to Gloucester Cathedral in July this year, perhaps to take place on Thursday 5th. If there is sufficient response we could run a minibus / coach as required. We anticipate that the day would involve attending a cathedral Eucharist, and having a guided tour of this world-class building. More information soon, but for now you might like to mark the date provisionally in your diaries.
