This was definitely the Wedding of the Century (well, so far anyway) for St Teilo’s.The church was full, Elinor’s entrance was full of gravitas as her bridesmaids, matron of honour and Elinor on the arm of her father processed slowly to the strains of Faure’s “Cantique de Jean Racine” played by Elinor herself on CD.
The service involved 7 clergy who divided the prayers, blessing, administration of the vows and the sermon between then in a very carefully considered manner.
There was then much eating of cake and drinking of wine while the photographs were taken, ably marshalled by Carys Underdown.
The reception and evening do then followed to finish a wonderful day.
There will be photographs when I have finished the post processing.
