Services

During the various phases of the Covid-19 pandemic, worship in our church buildings is subject to Government restrictions.  See our Covid-19 webpage or our latest News post for the current position.  Our churches are closed to the public if they are not open for a service of worship, a wedding or a funeral.

As and when the pandemic restrictions end, whether you come to church services regularly or only occasionally, our churches are part of the community and its heritage, and everyone is always welcome.

Holy Communion or Morning Prayer is held in one of the three churches in the West end (Cantref, Llanfrynach or Llanhamlach) and in one of the three churches in the East end (Llanfeugan, Llansantffraed or Llanddetty) on the second, third and fourth Sunday of the month.  On the first Sunday of the month, a single Holy Communion service for the whole Benefice is held in one of the six churches.  Less formal family services are held one a month, usually in the Henderson Hall in Talybont.  There are of course also special services at Christmas, Easter and other festivals.
